1 Refrigerator maintenance, 1 dishwasher maintenance and one oven/range/cook top maintenance of your choice

Refrigerator Maintenance Consists of:

clean condenser coils
Inspect water inlet valve
Test water dispenser for proper water flow rate
Check water filter
Level unit to proper pitch
Inspect door gasket on fresh food and freezer doors
Check drain line for debris and clean with steam
Test defrost cycle operations
Test thermostat and air dampers
Inspect ice maker for separation and for proper operations
Check water lines on and to the unit for leaks

Range/ Oven Maintenance Consists of:

Check temperature for accuracy
Inspect wiring and cord connection
Examine door gasket
Adjust clock or timer if needed
Test bake and broil elements for proper operation
Test gas pressure in water columns
Check gas unit for leaks
Inspect cook top burners
Level the unit if necessary
Inspect self lock mechanism
Check thermocouple on gas units
Check ignition system
Test electronic controls

Dishwasher Maintenance Consists of:

Check the water inlet valve
Inspect water line for leaks
Test drain pump operations
Test washer motor
Test spray arms
Check roller devices
Inspect heating element where applicable
check dispenser
Examine unit for mineral build up
Test water distribution system
Check soft food emulser
Inspect electrical system
Test controls
Inspect door gasket for proper seal
